Here is the latest update on the Overtime Case payout which was settled in August of 2016 where AFGE Local 12 was represented by Snider and Associates. The Class Action Implementation Group (CAIG) calculated the payments of individual awards and is in charge of the distribution of these awards.
Again, yes this is legitimate case and it is NOT Spam or junkmail.
I’ve been receiving a voluminous number of e-mails questioning the status of the CEP process. It would take an entire week for me to answer all of the inquiries individually. I can’t do that. However, I can give you all a general update.

As you are all aware now, it is performance appraisal season. As in the past, we hope you use our Local 12 guide, “Sixteen Steps to Evaluating Your Appraisal”, to prepare your comments in response to the appraisal you will receive this October.
