This is notification that the following Nominations were made for the General Election of Officers:

After careful review of the by-laws and the instructions provided in the Nomination notice, and consultation with the District General Counsel, there are no uncontested races for any of the offices above. This is hereby notification that the AFGE Local 12 2020 General Election for Officers has been won by acclamation, as no ballot is needed. The elected officers are highlighted above. This will leave the offices of Treasurer and Head Steward vacant.

For each delegate position, Local 12 is allotted an equal number of alternate delegates. Candidates with the most votes will be elected as delegates, while candidates with fewer votes will be elected as alternate delegates ranked by the number of votes they received.

All protests concerning the election must be in writing [not email] and received by the Election Committee prior to, during, or within ten calendar days after the election at the post office box address below.
